AACT Local chapters serve members and guests with a venue to network, collaborate, and strengthen the profession of confectionery scientist. Regional chapters are independently directed by a council of local members, and reflect the unique culture of each region’s technical confectionery industry. Membership is encouraged at both the local and national level for the broadest access to technical conferences, online resource library, and the national network of confectionery professionals.
